A person was shot and killed late Wednesday at an apartment complex near Sahara Avenue and Decatur Boulevard, according to Metro Police.
Officers and medical crews were dispatched shortly before midnight to the 5100 block of O’Bannon Drive, Lt. Corey Moon said.
Shortly after the shooting, Metro vehicles swarmed the area and a helicopter shinning a spotlight flew overhead.
No arrests had been announced early Thursday. Further details were not immediately available.
