Four arrested in shooting of man in his driveway

Four people have been arrested in the death of a man who was gunned down earlier this month in the driveway of his southwest valley home, according to Metro Police.

Police found Gabriel Valenzuela, 24, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds early Aug. 9 in the driveway of his home in the 5500 block of Dewey Drive, near Jones Boulevard and Russell Road, police said. He was taken to University Medical Center and pronounced dead, police said.

The following day officers arrested Demario Lofton-Robinson and an unnamed teen as suspects, police said. They were each booked at the Clark County Detention Center on counts of murder, attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, police said.

On Tuesday, two additional suspects were arrested, police said.

Davontae Wheeler, 22, faces counts of murder, attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, police said.

Reakwon Robertson, 20, faces counts of murder, burglary and attempted robbery, and two counts each of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, police said.
