A semitrailer rolled over on southbound Interstate-15 on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017 causing major traffic delays.

A semitrailer rolled over on southbound Interstate-15 this morning, causing major traffic backups into the late afternoon, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.

The truck, which was filled with hay, flipped onto its side about 5 a.m. near U.S. 93 according to patrol.

There were no other vehicles involved in the wreck, and the driver of the truck was taken to University Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, patrol said.
