North Las Vegas police investigate early Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, after three people were found shot dead hours earlier inside an apartment in the 2200 block of Carroll Street.

North Las Vegas police are investigating after they responded to an apartment Thursday and found two men and a woman with fatal gunshot wounds, according to officials.

Multiple people called 911 about 4 p.m. to a complex in the 2200 block of Carroll Street, near Civic Center Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard, police spokesman Officer Aaron Patty said via an online briefing.

Inside an apartment, officers found three bodies: a 44-year-old woman, a 20-year-old man, who was related to her and lived at the apartment with her, and a 22-year-old man, who did not live there, police said today. A suspect or a motive hadn’t been identified.
