Metro Police said they are searching for a white minivan after a woman was seen being dragged from her apartment and into the van against her will Monday morning in the central valley.

Police said they received a call at about 10:30 a.m. from a resident who saw a woman being forcibly taken from her second story apartment in the 4200 block of South Decatur Boulevard, near Flamingo Road.

Late Monday, authorities identified the victim as Jane Priebe, a white, 28-year-old woman with brown hair and brown eyes. According to the witness, she was wearing only her undergarments when she was taken.

Police also named a person of interest in the kidnapping case, Jack Morgan, 31, and released his photo. The witness had described the kidnapper as a white male, driving a white, American-made minivan with Texas license plates.

Police said they passed the vehicle description on to Nevada Highway Patrol, as well as to authorities in California and Arizona.

Anyone who sees the vehicle is advised not to approach it, and call 911 immediately.
