Crews today rescued a hiker who “fell into difficult terrain” and suffered serious injuries at Red Rock Canyon, according to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue officials.
Officials announced the rescue via Twitter about 12:10 p.m.
The hiker was taken to University Medical Center, officials said.
Further details were not immediately available.
