A man who struck multiple cars while trying to run over a friend with a car this afternoon near a west valley middle school was arrested on a count of attempted murder, according to Metro Police.
The incident stemmed from an argument between two friends, the man and a woman, Lt. Nate Chio said.
Officers responded about 3:40 p.m. to 213 Scherer St., across the street from Johnson Middle School, near Alta and Buffalo drives, Chio said.
A video posted online shows a Ford Mustang driving over a school sidewalk and hitting two vehicles.
