REBA, BROOKS & DUNN Reba McEntire will join fellow Las Vegas Strip resident headliner Cher in receiving the Kennedy Center Honors in December, an event that will be broadcast in a two-hour CBS special the day after Christmas. LIONEL RICHIE The four-time Grammy winner and hit-making machine was presented with the Keys to the Strip this week at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood, the home of his “All The Hits” resident production. THE GIPSY KINGS Always anchored by the musical Reyes and Baliardo families, the Gipsy Kings bring their innovative blend of Flamenco, Latin jazz, salsa and pop rhythms to Encore Theater for two performances. Aug. 17-18, info at wynnlasvegas.com.

NIALL HORAN The 24-year-old singer/songwriter behind hits “Slow Hands,” “This Town” and “Too Much To Ask” has officially cleared the ex-boy-band hurdle and is moving in his own direction.
