One half of the popular “Property Brothers” took in some tricks Saturday night at the Linq. HGTV star Jonathan Scott attended “Mat Franco: Magic Reinvented Nightly” at the center Strip showroom and went backstage to meet the magician himself after the show.

Several stars of “The Bachelor” franchise set the night on fire Saturday at the Tao Group’s popular local venues. Jason Tartick, Blake Horstman and the latest bachelor, Colton Underwood, enjoyed dinner under the big Buddha at Tao at the Venetian before heading over to Marquee Nightclub at the Cosmopolitan to party at a VIP table while Tritonal entertained the crowd.

Tropicana comic magician Murray SawChuck celebrated 1 million subscribers (and more than 1 billion views) on his YouTube channel with a party Wednesday night at the Golden Tiki. Murray’s producing partner Seth Leach was there, of course, along with Pia Zadora, Tape Face, members of the Tenors of Rock, Paul Shortino, members of the Crazy Girls, Douglas “Lefty” Leferovich and many more friends and supporters.

The crazy crew from “Opium” took over the Ice Rink at the Cosmopolitan Wednesday night for Space Skate Night and anyone who brought a donation of non-perishable food for the Three Square food bank was treated to complimentary skating and fun.

You may have seen that Florida Georgia Line’s recent run at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood culminated in Mayor Carolyn Goodman proclaiming December 11 as Florida Georgia Line Day in Las Vegas. What you might have missed is that the pop country duo’s five shows sold so well, the theater opened up balcony seating to accommodate more fans, something that hasn’t even happened for the resident headliners at Planet Hollywood. Don’t be surprised if FGL returns to the Strip for a longer term.

In the continuing saga of esports in Sin City, Topgolf and fast-growing TV brand TCL recently announced a national partnership that will generate various esports entertainment and programming at Topgolf facilities including the first TCL Esports Lounge opening at Topgolf Las Vegas (behind MGM Grand) in January, just in time for the annual Consumer Electronics Show. The lounge will combine the traditional sports viewing area with daily esports play, special events, coaching sessions, viewing parties and more.

And there’s more esports! Vegas Golden Knights Alex Tuch, William Karlsson and Malcolm Subban will be playing “Fortnite” at the HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas at Luxor today from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Admission is free but spots are limited so go early if you want to see how these Knights fare off the ice.
