Thursday’s scheduled Las Vegas Stadium Authority board meeting has been canceled, as details of several pending agreements are hammered out.

The authority and the Raiders are still working on the stadium development, project funding trust and personal seat license purchase agreements. Due-diligence items related to the transfer of the stadium land are also pending.

“They’re just not to the point where we can present them to the board, so without those, there’s really not a whole lot of reason to hold the meeting,” said Brian Haynes, spokesman for the Stadium Authority.

While everyone involved has worked aggressively over the past two weeks to complete the pending documents and make necessary revisions to others, additional time is needed to get them ready for board review, the authority said.

The board will review of all remaining project documents at the next scheduled meeting on Feb. 15 and will schedule a special meeting for March 1 to consider approving them.
