This woman is suspected of stealing a Metro Police officer's radar gun.

A traffic cop returning to his motorcycle at a west valley gas station last month realized that he’d become a victim of a brazen crime — his radar gun was pinched, according to Metro Police.

The alleged perpetrators — a man and a woman — were later seen on camera, as was their car. And today, in an effort to identify them, Metro blasted those images out to the public.

The peculiar and broad daylight theft occurred on June 20 at 9475 West Desert Inn Road, near Fort Apache Road, police said.

The gun, which is used to catch speeding drivers — and often in baseball games to gauge pitch speeds — is kept on a holder on the side of police motorcycles.

And that’s where it apparently was when the officer parked at the Herbst Market, police said. But when he returned about 10:30 a.m., it no longer was.

The duo were only described as a white man and woman. They were in a silver, four-door sedan.
