Four arrested in slaying of man in North Las Vegas

Four people have been arrested in the shooting death of a 24-year-old man in May, according to North Las Vegas Police.

D’vonte Bridges, 22, Michael Thomas, 24, Trashaun Brooks, 23, and a 16-year-old were booked on counts of murder and conspiracy to commit murder, police said.

Thomas was located in the Southern California area by an Anaheim Police Department task force and is awaiting extradition, authorities said.

Officers were dispatched about 11:30 p.m. May 14 to the 3300 block of Civic Center Drive, where they found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, police said. He was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead, police said.

The man was walking through an apartment complex parking lot when he was shot, police said.
