LETTER TO THE EDITOR:

Who is looking out for seniors?

I received my Social Security increase and, after Medicare took its cut, I was left with +$4, but my prescription, which I had been taking for more than a year, came with an $8 copay.

I live in a senior complex administered by the federal government, which increased my rent by $50 per month. Over the past year, my purchasing power has been reduced by $616.

I end this communication without comment.
