Schedule released: Golden Knights to play May 16 at home in Western Conference finals

The Vegas Golden Knights will begin the Western Conference finals at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in either Nashville or Winnipeg, the NHL announced this afternoon. The game will be televised on NBC.

Game 7 of the Nashville-Winnipeg series is Thursday, with the winner advancing to face the Golden Knights with home ice advantage.

The second game of the conference finals is 5 p.m. Monday.

The series shifts to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for Game 3 at 6 p.m. May 16. Game 4 is 5 p.m. on May 18.

If necessary, Game 5 will be on the road for the Golden Knights at noon on May 20. Game 6 would be back in Las Vegas at 6 p.m. May 22. Game 7 would be 5 p.m. May 24 on the road.

Vegas advanced to the finals with a 4-2 series win against San Jose in the second round. It swept Los Angles in the first round.
