A man is dead following in a Monday night shooting that Las Vegas police say stemmed from a road rage incident.
Police say a driver was shot after getting into an altercation with two men who were jaywalking and that no immediate arrests have been made.
According to police, the driver parked his car and approached the two other men to confront them outside a convenience store and that one of the men pulled a gun while fighting with the driver.
No identities were released.
