Brian Greenspun, in the statement of opinion published Nov. 18 about why the Las Vegas Sun frequently criticizes President Donald Trump, wrote 13 statements containing the phrase “We want.”
Greenspun can’t seem to give the president any credit and doesn’t seem to understand why conservatives support him — for reviving the economy, strengthening the military, lowering the unemployment rate to record lows, tax reform, better care for veterans, getting citizens off of food stamps and bringing back U.S. companies to our shores.
Trump has made mistakes with his comments and actions, but the slogan “promises made, promises kept” is the bigger picture for conservatives.
