Las Vegas, we made it through The Monday. Now the show goes on, as it always does, thanks to you. Let’s do this.

Jennifer Lopez went all out for her finale at Planet Hollywood’s Zappos Theater Saturday night, but then again, she went all out every night during her two-year residency. She was joined onstage by Ja Rule for “I’m Real,” their hit collaboration from 2001, and by LL Cool J for “All I Have,” the 2002 track that sampled 1981 hit “Very Special” and also served as an appropriate name for J.Lo’s residency show. The singer, dancer, actress and producer also had two smaller, very special guests: her 10-year-old twins Max and Emme, who got their mom all teary-eyed while she sang “I Hope You Dance.” Among the stars in the audience: Sean “Diddy” Combs, red hot comedian Tiffany Haddish, Kobe and Vanessa Bryant, Vanessa Hudgens, model Ashley Graham and current Chippendales guest star Tyson Beckford. The show set an all-time one-night ticket revenue record among Las Vegas residency shows of $1.43 million according to Caesars Entertainment, and the afterparty was held at MR CHOW at Caesars Palace.

On Sunday night in San Cristobal De La Laguna in the Canary Islands, two other Las Vegas resident stars won big. Las Vegas Aces A’ja Wilson and Kelsey Plum grabbed gold medals as the United States beat Australia to win the third straight FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup.

Shaq knows chicken?

“Big Chicken Shaq,” a new eight-episode reality show following basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal as he fulfills a lifelong dream of opening a chicken restaurant in Las Vegas (!) will debut on Facebook Watch on Thursday, October 6. You can win a seat at Shaq’s table for the opening of the restaurant near the Hard Rock Hotel by uploading a video to the Official Big Chicken Shaq Facebook Group.

Scott Evil, aka actor and comedian Seth Green, became the latest celeb to check out “Opium” at the Cosmopolitan on Saturday night. I’m guessing he enjoyed the thrilling acrobatic act with the amazing, tiny dog who puts Mr. Bigglesworth to shame.

The longest running show on the Strip is switching it up next week. “Legends in Concert” will unveil new tributes to Elvis Presley, George Michael, Bruno Mars and Donna Summer in its October 8 performance at the Flamingo’s Donny and Marie Showroom. “Hot Stuff” indeed, continuing through November 18.

A quick and tasty off-Strip update: The Bend, a 14-acre office and retail space at West Sunset and Durango, recently announced four tenants that will join the planned Galaxy Theatres at the new southwest development. The Great Greek, Sola Salons, Mothership Coffee and Shang Artisan Noodles are on the way, with groundbreaking later this year and a planned opening in fall 2019.
