The 148,000-square-foot Costco store off St. Rose Parkway and Amigo Street in southwest Henderson will feature a food court, an optical department, a photo center, a tire center and a gas station.

The newest Costco store in the valley will open its doors to bulk-buying customers next month.

Set to open Nov. 8 off St. Rose Parkway and Amigo Street in southwest Henderson, the Costco Wholesale will mark Southern Nevada's fifth Costco location.

The 148,000-square-foot store will feature a food court, an optical department, a photo center, a tire center and a gas station, among other offerings typical of Costco stores.

Costco is open to members only, with annual memberships starting at $60.

The Costco is just one of many projects in various stages of planning along the stretch of St. Rose Parkway. The Raiders team headquarters and training facility, the multi-use development the Block, and several other retail and commercial projects are planned for the area.

Existing Las Vegas-area Costco locations are located in Henderson on Marks Street, Summerlin, northwest Las Vegas and near downtown on Martin Luther King Boulevard.
