Centennial QB Tenney accounts for two touchdowns in win against Shadow Ridge

Colton Tenney rushed for a touchdown and passed for another Friday night for the Centennial High football team in a 26-19 victory against visiting Shadow Ridge.

Centennial opened the game with 19 unanswered points and didn’t surrender a touchdown until the fourth quarter.

The victory gives Centennial an inside track at reaching the playoffs in the competitive Northwest League.

“That’s a big win because our conference is stacked,” Centennial coach Dustin Forshee said.

Jordan Smith had two touchdown runs for Centennial. Davone Walden also scored for the Bulldogs.
