Amod Cianelli followed with a 42-yard touchdown run on the second Gorman possession, helping the nine-time defending state champions lead by 35 points by halftime in a mercy-rule victory.
Gorman scored on four of its initial five possessions, and Bowens had a hand in all of the touchdowns. He hooked up with Donovan Smith for scoring receptions of 16 and 62 yards.
In the second half, Bowens connected with Rome Odunze for a 73-yard touchdown.
The Gaels (4-3) won for the third straight week and easily beat an opponent some felt would be their stiffest Southwest League challenge. Gorman, after winning just once in its challenging nonleague schedule, has a record above .500 for the first time this season.
