Stephen Zane had two fumble recoveries for a touchdown tonight for the Shadow Ridge High football team in a 48-7 victory against Bonanza.
Shadow Ridge also blocked a punt and recovered the ball at the Bonanza 1-yard line in growing a five-touchdown lead by halftime.
“A great defensive effort tonight,” Shadow Ridge coach Travis Foster said.
Kody Presser completed 2 of 3 passes for 58 yards and a touchdown and also carried the ball six times for 55 yards and a score. Xavier Gomez had 93 yards and a touchdown on just five carries.
