A man who refused medical attention after he was injured in a fight Saturday morning at a southeast valley business died the next day, according to Metro Police.
Rodney Wayne Beal, 41, who suffered head and torso injuries, died Sunday at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, police said.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office has not yet determined the cause and manner of death.
The fight was reported about 10:20 a.m. Saturday in the 3800 block of East Tropicana Avenue, near Sandhill Road, police said.
Patrol officers did not identify a suspect during their preliminary investigation, police said. Homicide detectives have since taken over the probe.
