A person was taken to a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds after a shooting this morning in the northwest valley, according to Metro Police.
The incident occurred in the 7300 block of Pirates Cove Road, near Buffalo Drive and Summerlin Parkway, police said.
The victim was taken to University Medical Center in unknown condition, police said.
No arrests have been made, police said.
People were advised to avoid the area.
