Police shoot, kill man in North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas police said a man was shot and killed by officers Monday night.

Police spokesman Aaron Patty said officers responded to a criminal complaint about 10 p.m. to the 2100 block of Glider Street, near Lake Mead Boulevard and 5th Street.

There, they encountered an adult male, and several officers opened fire, fatally injuring the man, Patty said.

No officers were injured in the incident.
