Men wearing ‘Halloween’ movie masks rob store at gunpoint

Metro Police say this is one of two suspects in the robbery of a business in the the 6100 block of West Russell Road on Monday, July 13, 2020. Both men were wearing Michael Myers-type masks like in the "Halloween" movie series, police said.

Two men wearing Michael Myers-type masks like those in the “Halloween” movie series are being sought in the armed robbery of a Las Vegas business Monday night, according to Metro Police.

The holdup was reported about 9:10 p.m. at an unidentified store in the 6100 block of West Russell Road, near Jones Boulevard, police said.

Police shared few details but said a gun was used in the robbery. Nobody was injured, police said.

The robbers fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

One of the men is white, about 5 feef, 9 inches tall and 150 pounds, police said. He wore a black long-sleeved shirt, arctic camouflage pants and black shoes.

The other man is Hispanic, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 180 pounds, police said. He wore a black T-shirt, white slide-in sandals and had a black backpack.
