The casino floor at the Linq will reopen Friday, according to Caesars Entertainment.
The casino operator said the gaming floor and other property amenities will open at 11 a.m. following a “successful reopening weekend” at Caesars Palace, the Flamingo and Harrah’s.
The hotel and parking garage at the Linq will remain closed for now, the company said.
Nevada casinos were allowed to start reopening Thursday after the state ordered all nonessential businesses closed in mid-March to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
“We are encouraged by customer interest and visits, strong demand and the implementation, so far, of our enhanced health and safety protocols,” Caesars Entertainment CEO Tony Rodio said in a statement. “This is a new way of operating, and we will continue to evaluate and adjust our procedures to enhance guest and team member comfort and experiences.”
Food and beverage offerings that will reopen this weekend at the Linq include Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen and Bar, Nook Cafe, Hash House a Go Go, Catalyst Bar and Re:Match Bar, and O’Sheas.
“Our expansion plans will continue to reflect customer demand as well as a focus on properly executing health and safety directives,” Rodio said.
Elsewhere, the race and sportsbook at Caesars Palace will reopen Friday, as will a number of restaurants there, including Restaurant Guy Savoy and Tiger Wok at the Forum food court.
All pools at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis will open Friday as well.
At Harrah’s, the Piano Bar, Carnaval Court Bar and Fulton Street Food Hall Grill are among food and beverage offerings that will reopen Friday.
The announcement today by Caesars came just minutes after a similar announcement by MGM Resorts detailing reopening plans for the Luxor, Aria and Mandalay Bay.
