Three Sahara Las Vegas employees have tested positive for COVID-19, according to a statement released by a resort representative Friday.
All of the employees work at the resort’s Northside Café, the statement said. The café has been closed until further notice as other employees are tested.
A negative COVID-19 test result will be needed for any employee to return to work at the café, that statement said.
All employees at Sahara — which reopened June 4 following a more than two-month closure mandated by state officials — must wear protective cloth face masks while at work, according to the resort’s coronavirus safety policy.
