Clark County's seven equestrian parks will reopen just in time for the weekend, but Parks and Recreation officials urge the public to adhere to social distancing guidelines while using trails and arenas.

The parks have been shuttered since mid-March.

“We are excited to further serve the public affected by the stress of the pandemic with more recreation opportunities,” said Clark County Parks and Recreation Director Daniel Hernandez. “It is still important to adhere to social distancing guidelines as this will help us to evaluate safely opening additional areas.”

The county reopened other recreational facilities like tennis, pickleball and disc golf courses last week.
