A Las Vegas fugitive and officers met again last week.
But this time, Daniel Scott was busted on May 13 in a house with heroin, meth, Xanax and more than $20,000 in cash from a purported drug operation, the Nevada Department of Safety announced Thursday.
Scott, who has a long criminal rap, was wanted as a parole and probation fugitive, officials said.
Authorities swept him up at a Las Vegas-area home where there were “multiple indicators of narcotics sales readily visible.”
The suspect’s capture was a joint effort between state authorities and the U.S. Marshals Service.
A Metro Police warrant yielded 19 grams of heroin, 61 grams of methamphetamine, 15 grams of Xanax and $20,515, officials said.
He was jailed at the Clark County Detention Center where drug-related counts are expected to be tacked onto his parole and probation violations.
