Wynn Resorts will open five of its Las Vegas restaurants next week, according to a news release.

Allegro, Jardin, Lakeside, Mizumi, and SW Steakhouse will open May 29 at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore on the Strip.

The remainder of both properties will remain closed until Gov. Steve Sisolak announces when gaming operations can resume.

Sisolak ordered all casinos and other nonessential businesses in the state closed to help blunt the coronavirus outbreak.

β€œThe reopening of these restaurants is a positive and crucial step towards the complete reopening of our resort,” Marilyn Spiegel, president of Wynn Las Vegas, said in a statement.

Restaurant patrons will have to make reservations in advance, the company said. Bar areas, in accordance with gaming board rules, will remain closed.

All restaurant employees will have their temperatures screened before each shift, Wynn officials said.
