Foul play is suspected in the disappearance of a 22-year-old Las Vegas woman. And five days after she went missing, homicide detectives have taken over the investigation, Metro Police said Thursday.

Lesly Palacio, who stands about 5 feet, 6 inches, and weighs about 130 pounds, was last seen on Saturday.

On Tuesday, police said investigators had ruled out kidnapping, a theory floated by people who’d contacted Palacio’s family.

It wasn’t clear what Metro’s missing persons bureau detectives learned through their investigation, but the case was transferred to the agency’s homicide unit.

“This is an ongoing investigation and no further details will be provided at this time,” police wrote in a news release.

Palacio has a zodiac sign tattooed on her left arm and a butterfly inked on her back, police said.
