With all due respect to the author’s age and background—which mirrors my own, except the basement in the home where I was born and raised was dirt-covered, just like the outhouse we used — has he heard of COVID-19?
Did he notice for months the grocery store shelves that were cleaned out of kitchen and bathroom disinfectants?
