A motorist was fatally injured in a crash with a box truck Tuesday on the 215 Beltway near Interstate 15, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The crash took place about 2:45 p.m. on the eastbound beltway, the patrol said.
A woman driving a Honda Accord changed lanes abruptly, spinning out of control, the patrol said. A truck then hit the car, forcing it into a concrete wall along the shoulder, the patrol said.
The woman died at University Medical Center, the patrol said.
