Peyton Neilson passed for six touchdowns to help the Moapa Valley football team remain undefeated with a 42-0 victory over Western.

Gunner Redd caught three touchdown passes and Dustin Gordon had two receiving scores. Landon Wrzesinski scored on a 70-yard screen pass and added a rushing touchdown.

Moapa Valley (7-0) has outscored opponents 315-45 on the season, but should face a more difficult challenge moving forward. Next week, the Pirates play a 1-loss Clark squad, and in two weeks they take on rival Virgin Valley in the Hammer Game.

“We told the guys after the game that the season starts next week,” Moapa Valley coach Brent Lewis said.
