I am so sick of hearing the GOP talk about President Joe Biden’s “lies.”
Has the entire party and its base forgotten that their guy, former President Donald Trump, was, among other things, the liar in chief? He was also the divider in chief, the grifter in chief and the fake president in chief.
There is an abundance of facts to support all of the above. However, since Trump entered the political world, hijacked the GOP and caused it to lose not only the White House but the Senate and the House, he’s somehow still a god to them.
I simply don’t get why they want to back such a loser. There are other Republican politicians who could amply replace Trump and should take Trump’s place. If the GOP backs this man for any other public office, it’s no wonder they have to make and enforce restrictive voting laws. It’s the only way they have a chance to win. And a slim one it still is.
