The Party of Lincoln should now be called the American Taliban, brought to you by the twice-impeached president with delusions of grandeur.
One of its fascist candidates running for governor in Nevada, a former United States senator, has stated that if elected, he would not mandate masks — and we all know they prevent the spread of the coronavirus. He also said he would not mandate vaccinations. The shots prevent people from going to the ICU and or dying.
These candidates say they are for people’s right to refuse mask-wearing or vaccination. But my right to life is paramount. Education is paramount. These candidates seem uneducated.
They want to get the blessing of the one-term president who wanted to start a war on false pretext. They want to follow their brethren from Texas and Florida by not having any mandates. In those states, the death toll has surpassed 50,000.
The American Taliban may lose a lot in 2022. Their members will be dying because of principal by not using masks or getting the shot. It is really that simple.
