Gunner Redd had four touchdowns and the Moapa Valley football team scored 21 unanswered points to close the game in a 35-7 win against host Rancho to remain undefeated.

Moapa Valley only led 7-0 at halftime, and 14-7 in the third quarter before pulling away.

“Our kids have to understand that we have to do the little things like lining up right, snapping it right and tackling,” coach Brent Lew said. “The little things we are missing.”

Redd had an 89-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and added a 40-yard touchdown run.

Landon Wrzesinski also scored on the ground for the Pirates.
