Day N Vegas, the high-profile hip-hop and R&B festival scheduled for the Las Vegas Festival grounds later this year, was abruptly canceled Friday, according to the event’s organizer.

“We’re citing to announce that a combination of logistics, timing and production issues have forced us to cancel Day N Vegas for 2022,” the official Day N Vegas Twitter account posted this afternoon. “The refund process will begin immediately, and funds will appear back to your account within the next 2-4 weeks.”

Hip-hop fan favorites like Travis Scott, J. Cole and SZA were supposed to headline the three-day event, scheduled Sept. 2-4, with Scott making his first live appearance since 10 people were killed and dozens injured in a stampede at his Astroworld fest in Houston last November. Other popular acts that had been set to perform include 21 Savage, Playboi Carti, Baby Keem, Pusha T, Freddie Gibbs, Vince Staples and more.

All orders will be refunded to the credit card used to complete the purchase, Day N Vegas said in its announcement. Customers who purchased festival passes via AXS are urged to contact support.axs.com for more information.
