The National Park Service says these convenience store surveillance camera photos show a woman reported missing about 6:15 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2022, after falling off a personal watercraft at Lake Mead.

The National Park Service is seeking information about a Boulder City woman reported missing Thursday at Lake Mead.

The woman, only known as Lily, was seen in the Boulder Harbor area before falling off a personal watercraft about 6:15 a.m. Thursday, authorities said.

The woman is 22 years old, about 5 feet 2 inches tall and 110 to 120 pounds with long brown hair dyed red, authorities said. She has a tattoo on her left forearm of a captain’s wheel.

She was last seen wearing black yoga type pants and a white shirt, authorities said.

The Park Service previously reported that a male also fell off the watercraft but was found. No additional information was released about the male.

The incident happened near Lake Mead’s Boulder Islands, directly across from a personal watercraft beach, authorities said.

No additional information about the investigation was released. Anyone with information that could help identify or locate the woman should call or text the National Park Service Investigative Services Branch tip line at 888-653-0009.
