A Las Vegas woman has died after she was hit by a car while crossing a street earlier this week, according to Metro Police.
The 60-year-old pedestrian was struck about 7:10 p.m. Wednesday while crossing Lamb Boulevard near Boulder Highway outside of a marked crosswalk, police said.
The woman was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead, police said.
The driver remained at the scene and did not show any signs of impairment, police said. The incident remains under investigation, police said.
