Colin Gregorio rushed and passed for touchdown tonight for the Liberty football team in a 25-18 win against visiting Kamehameha of Hawaii in the Polynesian Football Classic.
Liberty, after losing three straight games out of state, is back in the win column and entering league play at 2-3 overall.
Coach Rich Muraco said his team played well for about three quarters tonight, but allowed Kamehameha to make a game of it late.
Jae Beasley had a touchdown reception for Liberty, Sonny Vitale had a touchdown run and Lendua Raiyawa kicked a field goal.
Isaiah Lauofo 165 yards rushing on 21 carries and Gregorio rushed for 75 yards.
