Gathered in the main room at the home of Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com, dozens of employees volunteered their time to work together to come up with a vision and them for a school they'd like to create in downtown Las Vegas. Zappos will move from Henderson into Las Vegas City Hall in 2013.
