As seen on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012 a sign sits near the City Crossing project site, just west of Henderson Executive Airport. Developers are looking to build a 2 million-square-foot industrial complex in southwest Henderson, but they aren't the first to try and build in that part of town. The 126-acre City Crossing, for instance, would have brought housing, offices, retail and hotels but went bankrupt in June 2008 and never advanced beyond site work.
