The 2,600-square-foot Drop-In Center expansion will more than double the size of the existing center, and will include a computer lab and staff office space, basketball court, gym, art and music rooms, and additional private areas for in-taking clients and tutoring. It also will convert existing administrative offices into youth service areas and a new kitchen, designed to serve youth’s daily nutritional needs and providing room for group learning sessions where youth learn to prepare and cook food.
