Pius Heinz of Germany defeats Martin Staszko of the Czech Republic to win the championship bracelet and $8.7 million in first-place prize money during the World Series of Poker Main Event at the Rio early Wednesday morning, Nov. 9, 2011.

  1. The new format was fine for the last days coverage, but terrible for the first day. Having to wait nine minutes for a player to call, and the minutia of the game was boring at best.
    The last day it worked as the constant action kept it interesting.
    The only problem was they brought chad back in so you were subjected to more of his inocuous prattle.
