Forest City Enterprises Downtown Grid Property

Forest City Enterprises is pursuing plans for a three-building office development called “The Grid” in the empty lot across the street from Las Vegas City Hall. They also own Desert Manor and Vegas Adult Superstore on a block that also is slated for development.
