A Nevada Senate Committee on Education video conference at the Sawyer State Building Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Olivia Espinoza, founder of AzulBlue, an organization dedicated to helping families with children with autism, testified in favor of Senate Bill 224, which calls for mandatory video cameras in Clark County School District classrooms where at least 51 percent of students are special needs and non-verbal.
