I hope you get to live with that on your conscious for the next 4 years that Wagner is in office.

Yes, if it follows the process laid out in Nevada statutes. No I want the council to do the job we elected them to do and let him take his seat legally. Too bad we'll have to let the courts explain this to you. Yes!

Yeah, I get that. It still doesn't stop them from certifying the election. Maybe you should have your cousin read all the statutes for you and explain what certifying the election means because it is clearly not registering with you. Woods definition tonight was flat out wrong.

? I like to run in circles too.

Last time I checked this isn't Precinct 4306's council seat, it is Ward 4... there is 20 other precincts that are getting the middle finger from the council. Voters are getting disenfranchised, anyone that doesn't get that is an idiot or a liar.

Um, just Wagners supporters, kind of like how you attack Wagner so Cherchio doesn't have to get his hands dirty... or are you Cherchio? Yeah, that must be it or the kool-aid he hands out is very strong.

I'm OK with my tax dollars paying the legal fees fight against corruption. Cherchio could have done this the right way by encouraging his buddies on the council (which is everyone but the Mayor) to certify the election but that doesn't fit his plans to take over North Las Vegas. Instead he let his cronies vote for an illegal election that will cost us considerable more $$. Its fine though, it will be cheaper in the long run to pay the legal fees than to have Cherchio / Wood running the show.

The city council is wrong to do this. This is not a precinct issue it is a Ward 4 issue. It doesn't matter if the vote was cast in the smallest or the largest precinct in Ward 4. You cannot take a small group of people and determine the outcome of an election, especially when around 70% of the citizens in Ward 4 don't get the same opportunity.

The law is clear, Ken and his tax happy liberals don't want you to know that the law they keep bringing up doesn't apply to this circumstance. There was an election, no ballots were destroyed. The council needs to certify the election, canvass the votes, then either side can cry foul until they are blue int he face. This way the tax payers won't spend a dime, just as the NRS intended.

The attorneys fees are negligible compared to the tax increases and political favors we will pay for if Cherchio has his way.

The NRS is clear Ken, you just don't understand it. There was nothing that prevented the election and ballots were not destroyed.

One person voted in a ward they shouldn't have because they didn't change their registration info until day of. There is a VERY high probability that this vote went to Cherchio. This point doesn't matter. What matters is they need to certify the election then when they are 100% that the outcome of the election is actually what they said it is, then you can start crying foul.

Instead of following procedure and Nevada law, Cherchio's pals are trying to just give him the win.
