Adults should be allowed to grow marijuana plants on their private property. You wouldn't have huge marijuana fields popping up on public property and you wouldn't have to waste police resources busting people for these victim less "crimes". Oh well this bust is good for the pigs, you know they're smoking it up tonight.

I don't care about the students not getting educated or having 50 students to a class or the fact that this generation of students will be incompetent in every way. At least my taxes are low!

And it's time for Nevada citizens to stop living in la la land. Taxes are a necessary evil, stop electing politicians who recklessly promise not to raise taxes no matter what. What do you people think happens when they don't raise taxes in a budget crisis? Everything is okay? Do you think politicians just used the tax revenue to fund politician shopping sprees and now they won't be able go on anymore shopping sprees? No they used the tax revenue to fund necessary services and now they will have to cut everything under the sun without more tax revenue. Sounds like a great future for the state.

Let's raise taxes on Sandoval's rich buddies. They probably pay less taxes than the middle class already with all of the loopholes. Cuts to education should be at the bottom of the list of ways to fix the budget, education in Nevada is already some of the worst in the country. Is Sandoval intent on turning education in this state to third world level? Whatever he has to do so he can fulfill his reckless promise of no tax raises no matter what. Wouldn't want to hurt his political career by going back on his word, he'd rather hurt the welfare of Nevada students instead.

this is why you don't elect someone who vows to never ever raise taxes during a budget crisis. he'll do anything to make sure he doesn't turn into another Bush Sr. with the read my lips no new taxes moment, even if that means having the state go down the toilet while he tries to live up to his short sighted promise.
