Wow, sounds like a book deal or a movie. This guy is either incredibly smart or incredibly stupid; But, none the less, he's getting a comp room and food while spending the casino's money. Maybe he just has some big ones. He still has the nations attention. Just think, the mob, million dollar heist, dad a judge, and spending the loot right in their face, big ones. When he finally gets out he could have more money than he stole.

My heat felt condolences for this young family. But, this smells of another driver to damn lazy to use a turn signal. This poor man would not have passed on the left he had seen a turn signal.

Yes, this gal is in some very deep, deep dung. She will be caught, it is inevitable. The way this article reads, she is culpable in this woman's death. At the very least it's a felony leaving the scene of an accident with great bodily harm or death.

Unfortunately, this lady contributed to her own death by not strapping herself in. She is just a much the blame for her death as the driver of the mercedes. The driver of the montero also contributed to her death. He should have had his passenger put on her seat belt before he moved his vehicle. With that said, that would make him culpable in her death.

Seat belts save lives. I have done some stupid things in my days. Back when, in Nevada, you could drive at 150 mph, with a beer between you legs and a case of the floor, I flipped a truck on its' roof, doing about 100 mph. I was lucky and walked away unscathed. Seat belts save lives.

The driver of the montero could have made that woman put her seat belt on, before he moved his vehicle. I know, I do that, and if my passenger doesn't like it, they can walk It's my car and I make the rules in my car. Seat belts save lives. Ask the guy in the other vehicle if he was wearing a seat belt.

All said and done, this gal started a chain of events that took the life of a person, and she needs to answer for it. But, this linch mob should spread the blame to all who contributed to this lady's passing, not just the person who started the whole damn mess.
